Returns Policy
We hope you love your new pieces, but if something is not quite right, we are here to help.
You may return full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- With all tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging (where possible)
Sale items and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
To start a return, please email us at daughterofjean@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions to send your item back. Please note: return postage is at the buyers expense unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges Policy
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability).
To arrange an exchange:
1. Contact us at daughterofjean@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Once we confirm availability, return the original item in its original condition.
3. We will ship your exchange once the original item has been received.
If your preferred size or colour is not available, we can issue a refund or store credit instead.
